Dear Mekong ICT,
I am writing a short story for foreign donors in Vietnam alerting them to your course and would like to know how many people you expect to include form Vietnam and which social groups they will come from. Obviously, I don’t need names, but a rough idea of how many and whether they’re civil society reps, social media, etc, would be very helpful.
Thanks.
